On Thursday the 28th of June we were blessed to have Rev Fr Michael Egleton of St Bartholomews Anglican church in Wiggington, England pay us a visit and celebrate church service for us.
It was a beautiful evening as it began with melodious music from the TYP choir.
We had bible readings from 2 Kings. His sermon was centred on sharing love with everyone. He also spoke about how the Holy Spirit connects everyone through love, demonstrating it by singing and dancing. After the service, Fr Egleton had the oldest of the boys, John, and oldest of girls, Thandeka, share words of love with the congregants of St Bartholomew church over a recorded video. The TYP youth also shared the music they produce with the St Bartholomew community.
To extend the love from England to us, Fr Egleton brought us T- Shirts and will wear them remembering the love he preached to us. Many thanks to Fr Mike and the congregates of St Bartholomews for the support you are giving us, may God bless you.
